This service is available for our ENROLLED PATIENTS ONLY who are on a regular long term medications that are available for repeats.

There is a charge for this service as follows:

0-14 years:  FREE

14+: $20.00

Prescriptions are valid for three months, therefore it is recommended to request your repeat prescription at least a week in advance of running out. Prescription requests will take 2 working days to process. Requests placed after 3 pm on Friday will not be ready until the following Monday.

Urgent Prescription: those prescriptions that are required within one working day. These requests must be received before 12pm on the day of the request.

Urgent Prescription incur a charge of $25.00 

We will contact you only if we need to discuss your request further, otherwise, assume your repeat prescription will be processed. Due to high volumes of prescriptions, processing times may exceed two working days. You will receive a text once your script has been completed.
